  4.          THE FOLLOWING FEW LINES MAY SAVE YOU TIME!!!!

  6.      Installation procedures and File Transfer procedures
  7.      are meant to cover situations such as new users or
  8.      users who have very old versions of GOLFHCAP. If you
  9.      have been using a shareware copy of GOLFHCAP and have
  10.      some data files you wish to save you may wish to use
  11.      the procedure discussed below.

  13.      I believe you should back up your golfhcap files before
  14.      you do anything!  I don't always practice what I preach
  15.      and have at times paid dearly for it. I would suggest
  16.      that you mount a formatted floppy disk, switch to your
  17.      golfhcap subdirectory and type:

  19.                        COPY *.* A: / v
  20.  
  21.      ******************************************************

  23.                      SIMPLE INSTALL !
  24.  
  25.         1. Mount the new distribution disk on your floppy
  26.            drive.
  27.  
  28.         2. Switch to that drive.
  29.  
  30.         3. Type COPY GOLFHCAP.EXE C:\GOLFHCAP /v
  31.              (This statement assumes that your subdirectory
  32.               for GolfHcap is GOLFHCAP and that your floppy
  33.               drive is A:. Make appropriate changes if
  34.               necessary.)

  36.      That's all you need to do. This will preserve  your data
  37.      files. You will not have the demo files from the new disk
  38.      but my guess is you no longer use them anyway. Simply start
  39.      and run the program as usual. If you feel uncomfortable with
  40.      this short cut procedure,  by all means use the install
  41.      program.

  43.      If you have suggestions and/or comments I would like to hear
  44.      them. Many of the features of this version are the result of
  45.      things suggested by users.
